Sherwan company is the main contractor for this project, dealing with many subcontractor companies most of them specialized European, Russian, Iranian, Turkish, Lithuanian companies, and still others to come. A top-tier hotel management company is expected to operate the hotel. The hotel will include a 5 star restaurant, and other international restaurant, conference hall, presidential and other suites, banquette hall, spa, and 125 single, and double bed rooms.

Sherwan General Construction Company Ltd is the developer and executive company of the hotel for its owner Mr. Ibraheem Othman Khoshnaw (the CEO of the project).
